Precision pain management d/b/a Pain Management Specialists of New York is a healthcare practice with multiple locations in New York City. We use SMS exclusively for automated transactional messages to patients who initiate contact by calling our office. When a patient calls and we are unable to answer, our call tracking system automatically responds with a text acknowledging the missed call and inviting them to share their name and reason for calling so our staff can return the contact. We also send transactional appointment-related messages following patient outreach. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS. All SMS handling complies with HIPAA, TCPA, and carrier requirements. We maintain BAAs with our SMS provider and are registered with Compliancy Group for HIPAA compliance oversight.

When you opt-in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [number type]. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
